F&B Manager of event space and got the opportunity to create menus for exciting premiers such as Disney’s The Extraordinary.
Hometown
I grew up in Bournemouth but many people don’t know I was born in Germany. I moved to London when I was 16 to start my job as a chef at Corinthia.

Absolutely everything! Negroni, Old Fashioned and Margaritas would be my go to’s.
RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATION
For the best roast in London I would say Blacklock.
For something more fancy Da Terra would be my go to.
My favourite neighbourhood restaurant is Perilla.
INTERESTING FACT
I met Borat (Sacha Baron Cohen) at a hotel I used to work at and he asked me what flavour a yogurt was…. It said VANILLA on the lid!
