Statement of corporate governance arrangements: During the period the company did not adopt a corporate governance code, due to the size of the company. The directors oversee the various functions of the business and have regular board meetings to discuss leadership, review business risks, remuneration policy & manage stakeholder relationships. They review the management accounts and financials on a regular basis.
