I didn’t start out heading into Hospitality, at university I studied to be seamstress to make costumes in theatre and film. I worked for agencies including Evolve on the side and decided I liked that career path much more.


Last Job

The Lanesborough Hotel, I was there for 6 years. Starting as an events banqueting waiter, worked my way up to bar supervisor and then moved into the Butler department.

Grew up in Rochester in Kent

A side from working with all of our clients, and the endless opportunities go grow in the business, I do love going to the pub to unwind with everyone on a Friday!


GO TO DRINK

I think everyone in my team knows the answer to this one… Beer but more specifically Belgian Wit Beer. A great place in London for this is De Hems in Soho.


RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATION

I never get fed up of pizza, my go to is a place called Cinquecento in Chelsea, move over Dominos you cannot beat a proper Neapolitan pizza!


INTERESTING FACT

Before delving into hospitality I interned with a famous milliner and got to make a hat for Swedish Royalty amongst other famous people in the run up to Ascot.
