A Quick Intro: Joining Evolve at the end of February, I have been warmly welcomed to the world of recruitment. Trained in Patisserie, I have worked as a Chef for a couple of years in pubs and have spent the last 4 years at St George’s Hill Golf Club at a lovely private estate in Weybridge, Surrey. Alongside working at the Golf Club, I took up Advanced Level Sugarcraft & Sugar Flowers courses entering Hotelympia Salon Culinaire for 2 years running. As much as I love the chaos that comes with working in a kitchen, I also wanted a change of scenery, that is still fast paced and related to the hospitality industry that I love; which is why I thought temporary recruitment would be the right move for me. Although I still enjoy a bit of cake decorating on the occasion to satisfy my creative side, I look forward to my future here at Evolve.
