A Quick Intro: My career in hospitality started when I was 14 years old – a little (ahem) over 25 years ago as a Kitchen porter. Since then I have worked as a Hotel Receptionist, Housekeeper and Waiter in the early years, and latterly General Manager of both independent and branded restaurants and so I have a broad understanding of how the industry works. I have always had a passion for restaurants and also very much enjoy the people side of things.
