Quick Intro: I was born and grew up in the south of France where I followed in my older brother’s footsteps into the catering industry after being blown away by his passion for food and service. I went to catering school for 5 years after which I was lucky enough to join a 3*** Hotel in south west France called ‘L’Aubergue du vieux puits’ where I started as Commis and in two year’s I worked up to Breakfast Manager. I then moved to the UK to improve my English and was lucky enough to work at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons as Chef Patron. Within 6 months I was promoted to Demi Chef du Rang then to Chef du Rang. From there I moved to Gravetye Manor where I moved to Reception for 9 months but I missed being on the floor too much so I went back to work as a Head Waitress.  From there I joined the opening team at Hide as Head Waitress and within 6 months I was promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager.

I am so excited to join the Evolve team as I love helping young people to discover the industry and improve their skills base. I am looking forward to further developing my own skills as well as training others in this new sector of the industry for me.
