BOH Divisional Manager – Contract Catering Temporary Division

A Quick Intro: I joined Evolve in June 2017 after a 10-year career working as a Chef. I trained at Westminster Kingsway College for 3 years which set me up with a great foundation into the hospitality industry. My first job after this was at the Michelin-starred Reads Restaurant in Faversham, Kent. I spent 2 years there and it was a great classical introduction into the business. I took my first Sous Chef job at The Pendleton in Reigate, Surrey where I spent nearly 3 years before moving to London to join Angela Hartnett as a Sous Chef at Merchants Tavern.

I decided to step out of the kitchen and move into recruitment after a successful time behind the stoves. I think my knowledge of the industry will help me succeed in finding Chefs to suit my clients’ needs.
