A Quick Intro: My idea of fun as a kid was always helping my mum in the kitchen, baking of course, not the washing up! I was always fascinated by scones but I knew scones alone wouldn’t get me far so I decided to train as a Pastry chef to broaden my knowledge. After training at Westminster Kingsway College I was lucky enough to land a job at Le Gavroche where I worked for a year I then moved on to work at Claridge’s, The Ritz and finally The One Aldwych Hotel where I became Head Pastry Chef. The time I spent at One Aldwych Hotel were some of the best years of my career, winning Booking.com best afternoon tea, best gluten and dairy free restaurant in the UK and winning Craft guild of Chefs Team of the year.
I joined evolve in August 2019 and I am excited to be bringing my knowledge and skill to a different side of the catering industry, I feel lucky to be a part of such a passionate and driven team and look forward to what my future at Evolve holds.
