A Quick Intro: I fell in love with the hospitality industry when I started out as a chef with Hilton Hotels, which led to a successful 9 year career with them in various FOH management positions and properties after escaping the kitchen. After my long stint with Hilton I moved to Chessington World of Adventures to manage all food and beverage operations within the two hotels for a period of time – which was a great experience working a long side most wildlife and of course the theme park. This then led to a change of career moving into hospitality recruitment for Search Consultancy and Fusion Appointments predominantly managing the perms FOH desk for South region for both businesses. All in all very much looking forward to get stuck in with Evolve and building the perms hotel and fine dining desk further.
Favourite Food: One word – Pizza.
Favourite Drink: Big craft beer fan and who doesn’t love a good gin and tonic!
Favourite Movie: The Dark Knight Trilogy and most Marvel Films.
Interesting Fact: Just a northerner living the southern life!
