A Quick Intro: After graduating in Hospitality Management in Paris in 2011, I decided to move to busy London to work for Firmdale Hotels. I joined their graduate programme for 2 years, which took me through the different departments of the hotels and taught me a lot about hotel operations. I then decided to stay and became Restaurant Manager. After 5 years with them, my thirst for learning something new sent me on the path to Evolve, which I joined in October 2017.
There was no doubt for me about joining Evolve as it has a young and dynamic team that works for the people. I am part of the hotel perm division which allows me to work on exciting opportunities in the industry and still meet a lot of interesting people.
