High Quality & High-Profile Club

I am currently searching for a Senior Sous Chef to join my client’s brigade at this beautiful Private Members Club situated on Pall Mall. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for work/life balance, progression and a quality work environment. Classical training would be a distinct bonus.


Previous experience in a Sous/Senior Sous Chef role, preferably within a busy restaurant or 5 Star Hotel environment.

A good understanding of Health & Safety, Menu Planning, Ordering, Stock Taking etc.

A passion for hospitality, great quality fresh food & people.

Must be able to lead a brigade and inspire them to deliver high-quality food.


You will need a Hygiene Level 2 Certificate that is dated within the last 3 years, and your Allergen Training Certificate.


You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role, along with all the necessary supporting documents.
