A Quick Intro: I recently graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc in Events & Leisure Management where I also completed a year’s industrial placement at the College of Policing as part of the onsite events team. Before starting at Evolve I had a summer role in Cambridge working for a venue-finding organisation that was owned by the University.

I have a keen interest in sport as I have played volleyball for 10 years and have attended, played in and supported national competitions. Through working and attending different events from different aspects, I have seen how important catering is – the food and hospitality can really make or break an event.

Favourite Food: Blueberries and anything involving chocolate and/or caramel
Favourite Drink: Mojito
Favourite Film:  Seven Brides for Seven Brothers
Interesting Fact: I have double jointed thumbs
Phobia: Tight, crowded spaces.  A standstill on the tube can be stressful

‘Having graduated with a degree in Events Management I didn’t know what I wanted to do exactly but I knew I wanted to work in events. Then I got the call from Evolve and I have never looked back. It has been a rollercoaster ride but I found my feet and I wouldn’t be where I am now without the ongoing support of the team around me. The internal training programme has given me the tools I need to succeed in my role and the opportunity to develop and grow into a new one. Learning to prioritise, organise and manage large numbers of candidates and Clients expectations has helped me to get ahead and I love what I do. I can now look forward to my future career path at Evolve as it is so well structured and I have been given the confidence and drive to push for my next step into a management role.
