A Quick Intro: Born in to a hotel family, hospitality has been in my blood from an early age. This led me to study Hospitality Management at Bournemouth University. Since graduating I have worked in a variety of positions, with the most recent being the Pomme d’Or Hotel in Jersey where I held the position of Personnel & Training Manager.
Favourite Food: Crab linguine or a burger from Bleeker St
Favourite Drink: Craft beer or bourbon on the rocks
Favourite Movie: Point Break
Interesting Fact: Whilst on placement from University in London I was locked in the Tower of London overnight after helping a slightly worse for wear Yeoman Warder back to his house in the tower walls
Phobia: Being stuck in a bar with Fosters/Carling!
