A Quick Intro: I grew up surrounded by the catering and restaurant business, with parents that have owned pubs, restaurants and cookery schools. Since finishing university in Cardiff studying Sports Management, I travelled through Asia, Australia, and North America for 6 months experiencing various things and learning about different cultures. On my return I pursued a career in the hospitality industry specifically at high-end luxury ski resorts in Val d’Isere, France – one of my favourite places in the world! Ski seasons have combined my love for hospitality, skiing and travel into one – and no, it is nothing like the movie Chalet Girl!
Favourite Food: Poached egg and smoked salmon on an English muffin (or anything cooked by my mum!)
