A Quick Intro: My story began when I came to England for my job experience. I was studying economics back in Poland and came to do accounting at Harpenden House Hotel. Unfortunately, my English wasn’t good enough so I ended up working in housekeeping during my job experience – apparently I made really good beds!
After coming back to Poland and finishing university, my manager at the hotel called and offered me a job. At that stage I did not know what I really wanted to do in life so going with the flow I have moved to England. Thanks to that crazy idea I have found my life passion which is the hospitality industry. After 3 years being at The Harpenden House Hotel I decided to move into the big smoke!
My London journey started at a private members’ club and that’s when I noticed my goal is to explore all sides of the hospitality industry. After a while I moved into contract catering working as Deputy Conference and Banqueting Manager and ending up my operations career at The Flemings Mayfair working as Food and Beverage Manager. Now I’m at Evolve and could not be more excited with what the future holds!

Interesting Fact: When I was 16, I was very little at just 5ft2, but within one year I grew 8 inches!
