A Quick Intro: I joined Evolve in 2014 after 10 years working in PR both in-house at Burberry and for a London based agency. I was involved in the organisation of fashion shows and press events which involved sourcing high-end caterers and working directly with chefs to design unique menus tailored to each event whether it be a formal sit down dinner or pre-show cocktails and canapes.
I try to be well organised and enjoy working under pressure, which are skills I can apply to the hospitality industry. I have a passion for food and have a keen interest in the London restaurant scene and am excited to learn a whole new skillset from my new colleagues.
Favourite Food: It’s a toss-up between sushi and slow cooked lamb
