A Quick Intro: Originally from Cape Town, South Africa I’ve always been around great food. I started my career working in many different kitchens before getting the opportunity to join my Sous chef in London at a three-rosette restaurant where I learnt and grew as a chef. I then took some time to travel beautiful Europe while freelancing for some of London’s top events companies as well as many hotels and restaurants. After that I got the chance to work at the Canadian high commission as chef, which was an amazing experience too.
While looking for new opportunities I came across Evolve Hospitality. From my first interaction with the company I knew I wanted to be apart of this. I then applied for the BOH Hotel consultant position and haven’t looked back since.
