A Quick Intro: I have over 10 years experience in the Hospitality industry and have worked for market leading brand names such a Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Star Hotels, and Prescott & Conrad. Working as a Restaurant manager I always loved the hospitality industry and the buzz of operations but I felt it was time for me to take the skills that I had gained and make a switch in my career. While looking for new opportunities I came across Evolve Hospitality. From my first interaction with the company I knew I wanted to be apart of this. I then applied for the FOH Hotels and Restaurants consultant position and haven’t looked back since.

Interesting Fact: Before studying hospitality, I studied airplane mechanics (and I am terrified of flying)
