A Quick Intro: After studying professional catering at Bournemouth and Poole College, where I passed my NVQs Level 2 & 3, I did a summer stint in America and made the move up to London. I have a background in Directors dining, Michelin & Rosette restaurants, private members clubs and high-end event companies, and I have also completed a ski season in France and worked in the West Indies during my time in the kitchen. Before I joined Evolve, I also had the chance to work in a luxury private house in Mayfair working within a small team of chefs.
I wanted to gain as much experience in the kitchens as possible, and working in London has really taught me a lot about this fantastic industry. At Evolve I work on the BOH temp division, where I look after hotels and restaurants.
