BOH Operations Manager

A Quick Intro: I joined Evolve in April 2013 after a 16 year career as a Chef. Arriving in London in 2000, my first job there was at The Sloane Club before moving on to Mosimann’s private dining club in Belgravia. I took my first Head Chef position in The Fountain Restaurant at Fortnum & Mason working with Shaun Hill in 2007 where I stayed for 3 years, before moving on to work for Paul Merrett and then John Torode at Smiths of Smithfield.

In 2013 I decided to make a break from the kitchen and moved into recruitment. I believe that my extensive industry experience brings an in-depth understanding of my clients’ temporary staffing needs.
