A Quick Intro: I am a Pastry Chef by trade and have worked in everything from restaurants and hotels to international catering and manufacturing. I started my career as a Le Cordon Bleu graduate in sunny Arizona but decided to move to the UK 9 years ago to gain more experience and never looked back.
I love my job and take real pleasure helping others do the same. I also enjoy traveling and sampling every kind of cuisine I can get my hands on!
