DESCRIPTION

Using fresh produce, a lot of it coming from the estate’s own farm, you will produce amazing food for the 110-seating on-site restaurant.

There will also be an opportunity to obtain training with the estate’s butcher and cheesemaker. The welfare of the workforce is key to this client and, amongst other things part of the benefits of working here include a free gym membership, health care, meals whilst on duty and the provision of your uniform. You typical working pattern would be 4 days on, 3 days off!

SKILLS

You should have experience working as a Sous Chef for a large restaurant.

QUALIFICATIONS

You will need a Hygiene Level 2 Certificate that is dated within the last 3 years, and your Allergen Training Certificate.

RIGHT TO WORK

You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role, along with all the necessary supporting documents.
