Senior Sous Chef
Back of House
Up to £38,000 per annum
You will be working in the in-house restaurant of this high quality Private Members Club on Pall Mall with a responsibility over a busy banqueting business. You will be reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef, producing classical British & European style food, with a modern twist!
Previous experience in a Sous/Senior Sous Chef role, preferably within a busy restaurant or 5 Star Hotel environment.
A good understanding of Health & Safety, Menu Planning, Ordering, Stock Taking etc.
A passion for hospitality, great quality fresh food & people.
Must be able to lead a brigade and inspire them to deliver high-quality food.
You will need a Hygiene Level 2 Certificate that is dated within the last 3 years, and your Allergen Training Certificate.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role, along with all the necessary supporting documents.
