Due to open Mid-September, this family run restaurant will focus on contemporary British cuisine, influenced by French techniques using only the very best, seasonal produce.
The restaurant will aim to cater to all, with guests able to enjoy an array of menu options from a la carte, daily tasting menu and vegan tasting menu.
As Pastry Chef you will assist the senior Chefs with the daily running of the kitchen, under the guidance of an Award-Winning Head Chef. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for managing the Pastry Section and inspiring the team to ensure the exceptional high standards are met.
The successful Pastry Chef will be an integral part of the opening team and enjoy the opportunity to really show their creativity with menu development.
You will also benefit from a regular shift pattern across Wednesday – Sunday (2 consecutive days off per week and a half day on Sunday’s)!
Minimum of 2 years within a Senior Pastry position within a 2AA Rosette environment.
Ability to cope under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

First rate culinary ability with the passion, drive, flair and determination to succeed.
No formal qualifications are needed for this role, however you must have the relevant experience. You also need bring along your Level 2 Hygiene Ceritifacte and Allergen Training Certifiacte along to registration.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role, along with all the necessary supporting documents.
