Back of House (BOH)

Previous experience within the kitchen is necessary for this role, including opening and closing the kitchen, and overseeing the day to day operations.
You must have knowledge of hygiene and regulations within the kitchen and for food preparation.
You do not need any formal qualifications for this role.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role, along with all the necessary supporting documents.
