Hotel Sales Manager
Front of House
£35,000 per annum
Your responsibilities will include:
Drive new business by regular face-to-face appointments on a weekly basis
Develop new and existing local corporate business
Maximise local sporting relationships and identify new opportunities
Key negotiation in leisure and group business
Management of an allocated portfolio of key accounts (agent and client direct)
Attend and network at local events to generate relationships with new and existing partnerships
Research and utilise competitor analysis for the business interests
Hold quarterly reviews with key clients and agents
Experience of the surrounding market
Clear understanding of business segmentation ensuring the right mix is achieved
Strong business acumen
Effective at multitasking in fast paced environment always maintaining a calm approach
Forward thinker with ability to identify opportunities in a proactive manner
No formal qualifications are needed for this role, however you must have relevant experience.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role, along with all the necessary supporting documents.
