DESCRIPTION

Calling all your Head Chefs!

Are you a Head Chef that’s looking to further your career? Are you looking to work at a luxurious hotel, that’s part of one of the largest, privately owned hotel groups in the UK? Are you passionate about preparing food to the highest standard? If so, then this could be a perfect position for you.

SKILLS

Experience in a 4* hotel, in a large scale venue with multiple kitchens, minimum of 2 years.

Experienced working in a 100% fresh food environment.

Must be passionate, excellent food cost controls and the ability to continually raise standards.

Ability to lead a large brigade.

Be able to demonstrate effective organisational skills.

First rate culinary ability and have the passion, drive, flair and determination to succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS

You will need a Hygiene Level 2 Certificate that is dated within the last 3 years, and your Allergen Training Certificate.

RIGHT TO WORK

You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role, along with all the necessary supporting documents.
