We are looking for a Head Chef to head up my client’s brigade at this beautiful Banqueting Venue & Private Members Restaurant situated in the Old Street/Moorgate area. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for work/life balance whilst still producing high-quality food.
Previous experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role, preferably within a busy 5 Star Hotel/Banqueting environment
Given the nature of the clientele at this venue, a Classical background would be a distinct bonus.
A solid understanding of Health & Safety, Menu Planning, Ordering, Stock Taking etc.
Must be able to lead a brigade and inspire them to deliver high-quality food.
You will need a Hygiene Level 2 Certificate that is dated within the last 3 years, and your Allergen Training Certificate.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role, along with all the necessary supporting documents.
