Back of House (BOH)
Using fresh produce, a lot of it coming from the estate’s own farm, you will produce amazing food for the 110-seating on-site restaurant. There will also be an opportunity to obtain training with the estate’s butcher and cheesemaker.
Previous experience in a fine dining, fresh food restaurant is preferable, minimum of 2 years experience is essential.
Must be passionate, with the ability to continually raise standards.
Take pride and have attention to detail in your work.
First rate culinary ability with the passion, drive, flair and determination to succeed.
You will need a Hygiene Level 2 Certificate that is dated within the last 3 years, and your Allergen Training Certificate.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role, along with all the necessary supporting documents.
