Back of House (BOH)
For nearly 30 years the chefs of this exclusive catering business have looked after the famous, the rich, the Royal and the outrageous.
You will be assisting the Head Chef using only the finest and freshest ingredients creating tailored food and authentic dishes on a truly international scale.
You will need a minimum of 2 years’ experience, obviously have a passion for food and have good communication skills.
Security is a big thing in an airport environment, so you will need to have proof of your previous employment dating back 5 years.
You will need a Hygiene Level 2 Certificate that is dated within the last 3 years, and your Allergen Training Certificate.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role, along with all the necessary supporting documents.
