AWARD WINNING TRAINING

If successful in the application process, Front of House staff attend compulsory training in our Centre of Excellence. They are also assessed on their skills and knowledge of service, allergies and health and safety.

ELIGIBILITY TO WORK

We take a zero tolerance approach to eligibility to work at Evolve. We use uComply, the only eligibility to work software that is endorsed by the Home Office, that authenticates Right to Work documents for our staff.

TRADE TESTING

We trade test all our chefs and kitchen porters to ensure they are of the highest professional standard, and ready to step into your kitchen. We were the first London agency, and one of the only agencies UK-wide to put this in place.

ESSENTIAL SKILL SET

All chefs and kitchen porters are put through practical, theoretical, and health & safety tests to ensure they are can perform tasks and techniques relevant to their field.

All Chefs are required to produce a recent Hygiene Certificate and Allergen Training Certificate, and Kitchen Porters are required to complete a COSSH theory test.
